On Tuesday, September 26th, join artists and public radio listeners at the WUIS/NPR Illinois station in Springfield, on the UIS Campus for an art opening and reception.

Artists include Springfield's Brian Galecki, co-owner of Black Sheep Cafe, owner of Dumb Records and member of the band Livin' Thing. He's created dozens of creative and intricate flyers for events over the years, many of which will be on display.
Veronica Mullen of Champaign will be showing her documentary photography from punk and D.I.Y. shows throughout central Illinois. She's also a member of the band Ghoul Jr.
Kamila Glowacki will also have her music-related artwork on display. She works in art education and is a member of Champaign band Kowabunga! Kid.
Tunes will be playing, light snacks and alcoholic beverages will be provided for no charge. Free and open to the public!! Come see a unique side of our area's culture usually reserved only for those willing to look "underground." The work will remain on display thru November 3rd and is viewable during normal business hours.
