Priceline changed its name to Booking Holdings Inc. on Wednesday to better reflect the fact that Booking.com is responsible for much of the company’s business. Meanwhile, the CEO of The Gap Inc. resigned, and Taco Bell eclipsed Burger King in terms of U.S. sales last year.
