MISSION:  NPR Illinois explains Illinois.

This is done through in-depth, multimedia public journalism and analysis on statewide issues; along with public media programs and engagement activities to inform Illinoisans.  Our reporting and storytelling reflect the quality of life across the state and provide context in relation to the nation and the world.

This meeting was held as a conference call when many members couldn't make it to the meeting in Chicago.  The change to a call was promoted on this site.  No members of the public attended.
