Let the instrumental music of Sigur Rós help you escape this week's information overload.

This has been a big week for words. We've heard a lot of words. We've said a lot of words. We've typed and tweeted and texted a lot of words. We've struggled to find the right words. We've hung our hopes on words.

If by now you're feeling worded out, here's some warm respite for your weekend: some of our favorite pieces of music without words. These songs will take you wherever you want to go without trying to tell you anything along the way. Enjoy and escape.
