An effort is underway to create a chapter in the capital city.
Those interested can attend an informational session on April 21st at 1 p.m. at the Statehouse Inn on Adams Street. It follows an Earth Day of Action and Climate Rally at the Capitol from 11:30-12:30 p.m.
