Chicago Mayor Wants To Bring High-Speed Rail To His City

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel wants to build a high-speed rail system linking downtown Chicago and O’Hare International Airport. The city has put out a request for qualifications from companies who want to fund, build and operate it. Elon Musk said his Boring Company will submit a proposal.
