Woman in the Window

When in Las Vegas on vacation I was inspired by a woman in a window wearing the same color, pink and green, of a favorite dress and coat I had worn as a young woman. Knowing I had to paint her, I took a picture. Somehow, the young woman in the window ended up looking like the artist at her age. Now who would have suspected that to happen?

"Prenup" or before the wedding, was inspired by a photo I took of two of my granddaughters as the bridesmaid was adjusting the bride's dress in the back while preparing for the ceremony. As a painting, with a mind of its own, will do, this one displayed a hint of a question on the bride's part. Only time will tell but do most brides have such questions.
